On a rainy April morning in 2005, Tyler, Mommy, and Daddy woke up excited, knowing that today was the day we would meet little Connor. Grammy and Papa Lou were around to take care of Tyler while Daddy and Mommy went to the hospital.

Once there, things went fast. Apparently, the schedule opened up a bit (we had a scheduled c-Section), and we got in a bit earlier than we expected. In fact, Connor was born at 10:50AM which was before the surgery was scheduled!

Here one of many of the pictures of Connor in the nursery. He was a pretty good size ... 7lbs 5oz and 19.5 inches. He also let us know by screaming how much he did not like life on the outside! He quickly got used to it though, and now I think he enjoys exploring all the new sites and sounds.

The newest Shepard really loved to sleep. Here he is lying in Daddy's lap. He is nice and warm in his swaddling blanket.
